2. Your Curriculum Vitae
3. Passport sized photo (only the photo sized 2x2 inch or 3.5x4.5 cm (max. 200 KB), not the whole passport)
4. Scanned copy of your medical license/diploma
5. Recommendation Letter (if available)
6. Publication List (if available)

As a fellow, you are already registered in our database. Please log in with the username and password you received after you attended a seminar in Salzburg. If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact: support@openmedicalinstitute.org and include your first name, last name, city and country of origin.

Please be sure to hold the following information and documents ready in an electronic format in order to attach to your online application:

1. Passport sized photo (only the photo sized 2x2 inch or 3.5x4.5 cm (max. 200 KB), not the whole passport)
2. Your curriculum vitae
3. A letter of recommendation (signed by a senior faculty member who works with you)
4. And a short essay
