W. Shain Schley, M.D. received both his undergraduate and medical degrees
from Emory University. He completed his internship and residency in
General Surgery at Roosevelt Hospital. A two year tour of duty as a
medical officer in the United States Navy followed where he attained
the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He then completed his residency training
in Otorhinolaryngology at The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center.
Dr. Schley is the Chairman of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology
at Cornell University Medical Center and Otorhinolaryngologist-in-Chief
for the New York Hospital. Dr. Schley conducts a clinical practice in
General Otorhinolaryngology and has a special interest in sleep disorders.
