Music camp

Have you ever heard of "The Sound of Music"? Of course you have. And of course you think of Austria. Aside from the film and musical, do you realise how much musical activity there is in Austria and especially in Salzburg?

There is a wonderful opportunity to explore the musical world in the romantic location of Schloss Arenberg in Salzburg/Austria. English speaking children between 8 and 14 years can stage scenes from this famous musical "The Sound of Music", can get to know authentic Austrian folk music, listen to and meet the extraordinary musicians of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and listen to them play the "Symphony Fantastique" of Hector Berlioz and also be able to talk to conductors and soloists of the Salzburg Festival.

If you play an instrument or like to sing and dance, you are invited to participate. At the end of the week we will prepare a film documentation of our work and present it to the audience at Schloss Arenberg.
